GRANT STUARD - 2021

At the 2021 NFL Draft in Cleveland, Grant Stuard was drafted by the reigning Super Bowl Champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at No. 259, to become Mr. Irrelevant XLVI. Stuard, a linebacker from the University of Houston, was captain of the 2020 Houston squad, led the team with 97 tackles, and broke up four passes in 12 starts. He was voted a first-team All-American Athletic Conference selection in 2020 with a team-high 61 tackles in just seven starts.

Grant made the team and played in 17 games for the Buccaneers while getting 15 total tackles. He finished the season tied for 3rd most tackles for the Special Teams in the NFL, the most by a Buccaneer in 13 years.
